Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition and in the original packaging when possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process it.

Non-returnable items
Custom or personalized pieces, as well as final sale items, are not eligible for return.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
